Chanel Hart D'Aprix
Chanel Hart D’Aprix is an award-winning real estate agent proudly guiding home buyers and sellers in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area in North Carolina. Since 2015, Chanel has helped hundreds of people buy or sell a home in the Triangle area, closing tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions and ranks as one of her brokerage's top producers.
Originally from Oklahoma, Chanel grew up fishing and hunting with her dad, and went on to receive her degree in Political Science with a minor in African Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She moved to Miami where she had a successful commercial acting career, but her heart brought her back to Chapel Hill.
Chanel returned to the Triangle and combined her love for meeting new people and learning more about diverse communities to a successful career in real estate and wants to share that success with the community she’s loved for over 25 years. She founded Hart & Olive Real Estate Group and her team of agents continue to collaborate with agents from all over the country.
Chanel is an active board member of several non-profit organizations as well as the Triangle Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors. She also is an active coach, mentor and speaker throughout the real estate industry.
Her heart belongs to her husband, Ford, their three boys, and their
fur baby.
